Job Description

Job Title: (Construction) Part-time Environmental Health & Safety Advisors

Locations: Frankfurt

Day Rate: €500 - €650

Length: 4 months

VARGO are looking to speak EH&S Advisors/Managers based in Germany, Frankfurt for an exciting contract opportunity to work with an exciting global data centre who are hyper scaling with ambitions to be the biggest in the world.

They have 3 new sites under construction across Berlin, Frankfurt & Zurich and require your expertise

The role will be site-based and contractors will need to speak either German or English. The role is contracted for 2 days per week.

Snippet:

• You will supervise the implementation of high standards of EHS management across the project/s during the construction and commissioning stages.
• You will where possible implement best practice, and lessons learnt, across the project/s, based on previous experience and knowledge inclusive of the business necessities.
• You will develop, and improve, existing EHS management procedures through a visible onsite presence and approach, and through active participation in all aspects of the day-to-day EHS management on the project/s.

Must Have Proven experience in:

• +7yrs Senior EHS
• Construction or Civil Engineering or Similar Industry
• Full understanding of having worked with German or Swiss regulations & standards
• Knowledge of UK Regs & Standard (Advantageous)
• Internal & External Relationship Management
• Procedure Writing
• Multiple Project Management
