Freelance HSE Manager – Renewable Energy – Hamburg Area

Rate: €80 / hour (Supervisor level)

Location: Hamburg Area with travel to project sites

We are looking for a Freelance HSE Manager to support a major renewable energy developer across onshore / offshore wind, solar and grid projects.

Your Responsibilities

• On-site and remote HSE support
• Risk assessments, audits, toolbox talks, incident follow-up
• Compliance with German / EU HSE standards
• HSE training and safety briefings
• Support with RAMS, permits and safety documentation

Your Profile

• HSE Manager / Advisor experience in renewables
• Knowledge of DGUV, ISO systems and German HSE law
• Valid GWO certificates (or willingness to renew)
• Able to travel; English required, German preferred
• Freelance availability
