We focus on Google, sales, and building outstanding customer relationships. Our established Google team has achieved multiple milestones and excited customers with future-proof solutions. We are continuing the journey and are looking for you to join the team.

As an Enterprise Account Manager (m/w/d) in our Google team, you will be responsible for new business acquisition and the development of existing customers in the Enterprise segment. You should have a good understanding of cloud environments, experience with Enterprise Accounts (new and expansion) and a proven track record of closing large deals (>€500k in Professional Services).

PCG Sales comprises more than 40 Sales Experts who collaborate without elbowing each other. Our 15-person Google Sales Team around Johannes Bahl is looking for you as Enterprise Account Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on new business and developing existing customers. Our portfolio is diverse, and you will be the expert in identifying the right solution for our customers and exciting them about it.

You can choose where to work from—whether on a Mac, Windows, or Chrome device. Work from home, on the road, or in the office—whatever makes you most productive.

What you’ll do
  • RESEARCH: You identify and qualify interesting customer companies and contacts.
  • ATTACK: You reach out to potential customers by phone, LinkedIn, email, etc., to convert a contact into a qualified lead.
  • CARE: You manage HubSpot to ensure no contact falls through the cracks.
  • TEAMWORK: You collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Pre-Sales, and Google Tech Teams to ensure outstanding customer relationships.
  • NETWORKING & PARTNERSHIP: You expand relationships with Google and other partners, attend trade shows and summits to promote the PCG brand.
Your profile
  • More than 10 years of Cloud sales experience with proven collaboration with partners in addition to customers.
  • Passion for cloud technology and digital worlds.
  • Experience in project-based engagements with projects >€500k.
  • Hunter mentality combined with strong networking skills.
  • Teamwork is as important to you as it is to us.
  • Open and honest communication and precise working style are natural for you.
  • German and English at business level.
  • Experience with Google Cloud.
