Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven professional to lead service department transformations with Agentforce Service software, driving operational improvements and communicating effectively with executives. You will partner with Core AEs to identify opportunities, engage with service heads, and coordinate with internal teams to accelerate the sales cycle.

Fluent German and English are required, with a background in customer service, contact centers, or ITSM/HR software solutions.
