What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience required in thermodynamics and thermal systems in automotive and / or HVAC
• Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal simulation tools

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations
• Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English
• Proven success in cross‑functional leadership and data‑driven strategy
