We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead grow and inspire our teams as we continue building the future of hospitality technology.

What You’ll Be Up To
  • Build mentor and retain a healthy high-performing engineering team.
  • Own predictable high-quality delivery while maintaining a sustainable pace.
  • Collaborate with Product Design Tech Leads and Staff engineers on roadmap and long-term technical strategy.
  • Ensure strong engineering standards operational readiness and a blameless incident culture.
  • Develop and consequently refining an AI-driven development pipeline.
  • Improve engineering KPIs (DORA).
  • Communicate clearly across teams and leadership shaping culture and aligning priorities.
  • Lead hiring onboarding team composition and long-term talent development.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experienced software engineer including several years in engineering leadership.
  • Strong technical foundation; backend experience (C# / .NET) and cloud knowledge (AWS or other comparable providers like Azure) necessary.
  • Experience with distributed systems DevOps practices and modern infrastructure tooling (Terraform Docker). Bonus: experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka).
  • A pragmatic ownership-driven mindset with a passion for healthy teams and long-term quality.
  • Passion and experience in AI-driven SDLC.
