Qualifikationen

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute employer branding activities across different channels (career websites social media career events) to strengthen METRO's employer brand.
  • Coordinate campaigns and events that support recruitment and brand awareness including managing budgets, creating content and tracking performance.
  • Support and grow the METRO Ambassadors Program strengthening their commitment with METRO.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and impactful content.
  • Act as a consultant for METRO's global entities to ensure alignment and consistency in employer branding activities.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment or communications ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Hands‑on experience in social media management and event coordination for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate performance and optimize activities.
  • Fluent in English (academic level); German or other European languages are a plus.
