Your tasks

• Independent assembly of complex customer-specific box builds according to manufacturing documents
• Crimping of contacts with semi-automatic machines and hand tools and/or soldering of contacts and plugs
• Maintenance of machines and tools
• Maintenance planning
• General support of operations areas for process optimization

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical training, preferably with further training as a master craftsman or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a technical environment
• In-depth product and process knowledge as well as confident reading and understanding of technical drawings, circuit diagrams and manufacturing documents
• Knowledge of soldering and crimping connection techniques
• Experience with lean management methods and the Lapp Operation System desirable
• High reliability and diligence
• Good written and spoken German
