Responsibilities:

1. Participate in a 1-month internship at the start of the program. The study duration is 3 years, including time spent in our international offices.
2. Engage in sound and continuously updated teaching of computer science, information technology, business management, and intercultural skills.
3. Acquire skills to help shape and further develop future IT systems and applications.
4. Receive theoretical and practice-integrated preparation for participation in and management of IT projects across companies and countries.
5. Attend an induction week to meet fellow students.
6. Spend time working in our international offices.
7. Participate in workshops focused on developing personal qualities and leadership skills.
8. Undergo language and IT training.

Qualifications:

1. Very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit for Germany are required.
2. High school diploma or equivalent / university entrance qualification.
3. Good grades in core subjects, especially math and English.
4. High interest in computer science topics.
5. Good communication skills, team-oriented, eager to learn.
