Associate, Domiciliary / Corporate Secretary Services

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global financial institution in the banking sector, for their Domiciliary / Corporate Secretary Services team, located in Luxembourg City.

In this Associate role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Account Relationship Management: You will support multiple moderately complex client accounts. Ensure that all clients are delivered an accurate, timely, and quality service during all aspects of the processes covered by this role.
  • Legal Administration: Organize and supervise the day-to-day legal administration of investment funds, securitization vehicles, and other legal entities domiciled with the client.
  • Coordination: You will liaise with internal and external parties (e.g., operation teams, relationship managers, legal, client, lawyer, notary, regulator, etc.) to address client queries, including non-routine issues.
  • Meetings: You will organize and hold board and shareholder meetings and prepare and follow up on the related documents / minutes / action items.
  • Corporate Documentation: You will prepare essential corporate documents: power of attorneys, circular resolutions, etc.
  • Filings: You will support filings with the CSSF and Luxembourg Business Registers.
  • Guidance: You will provide guidance to less experienced team members, as needed (no direct reports).
Required Profile

To be successful in this role, our client is seeking the following qualifications:

Education / Experience
  • Legal qualification / University degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar function, domiciliary / corporate secretary type with client exposure.
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg Company Law is required.
  • Knowledge in Alternative Investment Funds is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while being perfectly organized and rigorous.
