Sungrow Deutschland sucht eine Fachkraft im technischen Support, die als Bindeglied zwischen Vertrieb, Kunden und dem technischen Team fungiert. Sie betreuen Hotline und Tickets in Deutschland, schulen Partner vor Ort und führen Inbetriebnahmen sowie Vor-Ort-Einsätze durch.

Sie entwickeln deutschsprachige FAQs und Schulungen, unterstützen Berichte auf Wochen-, Monats- und Jahresbasis und arbeiten eng mit dem EU-Bereich zusammen.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in after-sales or technical support in PV/ESS/O&M.
• Fluent German and English (C1); Chinese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30–35% of time domestically and to the EU center.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and independent work ability.

Aufgaben

• Manage hotline and ticket system for distributors, installers and end-users in Germany.
• Provide training to distributors and installers within the region.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting and commissioning as needed.
• Attend pre-sale customer visits with account managers in the local market.

Your profile

• Possess at least 3 years of work experience in after-sales or technical support roles within the PV/ESS/O&M sector, with a preference for inverter experience.
• Demonstrate strong passion, desire, and motivation for success.
• Exhibit fluent English and German language skills at a C1 level; additional Chinese language skills are a valuable asset.
• Be a quick learner with a keen interest in expanding knowledge within the clean-tech industry.
• Display excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and possess the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Be prepared for business travel of 30%-35% of your working time between the local market and the EU department center.
