  • Drive and empower our Sales Teams in Germany, the USA, Italy, and Singapore, and collaborate with our global distributor network to ensure strong alignment and shared success across all subsidiaries
  • Lead and drive the entire global sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing international deals
  • Develop and implement strategic global sales, pricing, and product plans to maximize growth and profitability
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key global customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor global sales KPIs and leverage data‑driven insights to refine strategies and drive results
  • Conduct international market analysis to anticipate trends, competitor actions, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned global operations, forecasts, and business objectives
