As Director of Operations at IronMaxx, you will have overall responsibility for our operational processes: from procurement, management of our production facilities, and logistics to quality and regulatory affairs. As an experienced and passionate leader, you will develop teams, structures, processes, and systems to enable us to continue to grow efficiently and consistently on a global scale.
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Many years (10+ years) of management experience in international supply chain management/procurement/operations (preferably FMCG: food/nutrition, retail/e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fashion)
- Proven track record of success in scale-ups or fast-growing environments: including high service levels (ideally > 97%), stable inventory coverage, OPEX reduction
- Successful management of international projects and teams
- Confident use of SAP (ideally Business One) and forecasting/demand planning tools (such as Streamline); experience in using PowerBI would also be desirable
- High digital affinity and motivation to use modern tools and methods
- Resilience and flexibility in fast-paced business environments
- Strong implementation skills, hands-on mentality, strong change management skills
- Business fluent in German and English

Operational & Strategic
- Overall responsibility for supply chain, logistics, co-packing/production, quality & regulatory affairs
- Helping to shape our internationalization strategy
- Further development & implementation of scalable processes and structures for EU / UK / MEA
- Ensuring and optimizing cost, service, and inventory targets
- Establishment, further development, and monitoring of a KPI system (delivery rate, forecast accuracy, inventory range, cost ratio, logistics KPIs, etc.)
- Management and expansion of our system landscape (SAP Business One, Streamline, and Bi)
- Ongoing optimization of operating costs (OPEX) & identification of efficiency potential
Leadership & Collaboration
- Management of the following areas: Supply Chain, Logistics, and related teams
- Promotion of excellence, transparency, and motivation within the team
- Close collaboration with the CEO on strategy, budget, and planning issues
- Promotion of a data-driven culture and best practices in the operational area
- Change management: Support for transformation projects and introduction of new systems/processes
- Ensuring compliance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
