The Opportunity

We are partnering with a PE-backed, high-growth healthcare asset on the appointment of a Finance Director to sit at the heart of value creation. The business is scaling rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions, with a clear equity story and ambitious expansion plans.

You will be the financial co-pilot to the CEO and shareholders, owning financial steering, transparency, and performance in a complex, fast-moving environment. This is a role for someone who thrives where pace, ownership, and impact matter.

Your Role & Impact

As Finance Director, you will take full responsibility for the financial backbone of the group, ensuring robust reporting, forward-looking planning, and disciplined liquidity management while enabling growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Finance Leadership

• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO and PE shareholders
• Translate strategy into financial reality and steer the business through data-driven insights
• Drive value creation initiatives across the platform

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Own Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting (BUD / FC / Reporting) at group level
• Lead rolling forecasts and scenario modelling in a dynamic growth environment
• Ensure full transparency on performance vs. plan

LucaNet Ownership

• Full responsibility for LucaNet as the central steering and reporting tool
• Further develop group reporting structures, KPIs, and management dashboards
• Ensure scalability for future growth and M&A integration

Sales & Financial Analysis (SFA)

• Drive commercial finance and performance analysis
• Support pricing, margin management, and business case evaluations

Treasury & Liquidity Management

• 13-week rolling liquidity forecast
• Cash pooling structures
• Working capital optimisation
• Ensure financial resilience in a high-growth setting

Shareholder & Stakeholder Reporting

• Prepare and present high-quality reporting for PE shareholders, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Act as the key interface for all financial due diligence, audits, and financing topics

Process Excellence & Scaling

• Build and optimise finance processes with a strong hands-on, process-oriented mindset
• Professionalise structures while keeping speed and pragmatism
• Support post-merger integration and future platform expansion

Your Profile

• Proven experience as Finance Director / Head of Finance / Senior Finance Leader, ideally in a PE-backed environment
• Strong Private Equity exposure, including shareholder reporting and value creation mindset
• Deep expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting, ideally with LucaNet
• Solid SFA / commercial finance experience
• Hands-on Treasury know-how, including 13-week liquidity forecasting and cash pooling
• Strong business acumen paired with a process-driven, pragmatic approach
• Confidence to operate at eye level with management, investors, and external partners
• A “get-things-done” mentality in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
• Native OR C1 Fluency in German & English
