Tasks

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and scale a high‑performing sales pipeline
  • Lead, mentor, and grow our existing lead team
  • Develop and steer external sales partners while building a co‑seller network
  • Establish scalable reporting structures and performance dashboards
  • Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders across the business
  • Take ownership in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and entrepreneurial environment
Requirements

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of professional experience in SaaS
  • Proven track record in pipeline building and sales management
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • First leadership experience (team or project) is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience with reseller networks or additional EU languages (e.g., Dutch, Swedish …)
  • Above all: a hands‑on, proactive, get‑it‑done attitude
