Job Summary
  • a skilled, tech-savvy digital and content marketing specialist who can generate online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online
  • Research topics, assess content opportunities, recommend content strategies and ideate ways of communicating to the target audience through various mediums like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to the audience.
  • Review and maximise site traffic by utilising SEO best practices and provide accurate reports on the Return-On-Investment of marketing campaigns to demonstrate the effectiveness of specific campaigns.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Engage with creative and marketing teams to design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Research industry-related topics and prepare well-structured drafts (blog posts, articles, slide presentations and other digital assets) and marketing copy to promote QNEU and its products.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editorial reviews of all multimedia content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining a high-quality standard in all online materials.
  • Conduct analytical projectsand apply SEO best practicesto improve blog, social and website strategies/metrics like keyword research to ensure content is optimised, monitor analytics and identify potential shortcomings, and take steps to rectify them. Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns to grow blog subscribers and expand overall blog reach. Monitor and engage with blog comments and respond to queries or complaints to foster a sense of community.
  • Research advertising trends, decide on appropriate placement of ads by determining what content will reach customers, monitor status and budget, optimise paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools, scale campaigns to maximize ROI and report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to long-form content projects like ebooks, corporate marketing material, sales tools and other physical assets to support the requirements from high-sales regions of the brand.
Education
  • Graduate of Marketing Communications, Journalism, Business, or other related disciplines
Skills
  • Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns
  • Strong Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM, WordPress and Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency is a must.
  • Good organisation skills, attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements
