Deputy Team Lead Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

About the role

As the Deputy Team Lead Talent Acquisition, you will take on a key position within our People & Talent organization. For the first 12 months, you will act as Team Lead Talent Acquisition (parental leave cover), leading a team of currently four Talent Acquisition Managers. After the parental leave period, you will transition into the role of Deputy Team Lead. In this position, you will play a major role in elevating our talent acquisition function towards a strategic, data-driven, and internationally aligned setup.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of currently four Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Take operational and strategic ownership of the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Act as a sparring partner to the leadership team on all talent acquisition matters.
  • Act as Talent Acquisition Partner for a dedicated group of international hiring managers.
  • Further develop existing recruiting processes, tools, and standards.
  • Be the key stakeholder in the integration of our new ATS in H1/2026.
  • Provide strategic impulses that drive professionalism and future-readiness of the team.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Monitor KPIs and derive action plans accordingly.
Your Profile
  • Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within an international high-tech and/or fast-growing environment.
  • Leadership experience (formal or in project/matrix setups).
  • Confident in collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, structured working style, and a confident presence.
  • Motivation to guide a team through transformation.
  • Experience in working with Workday & Greenhouse (must have), Personio & Workable (nice to have).
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages welcome.
