REPAIR & SERVICE CENTER – Technical precision meets practical intuition

At the Repair & Service Center (RSC), service is more than just a word: We make sure our systems not only run reliably for the long term, but are also quickly back in operation when needed.
Our 7-person team of true technical experts analyzes, repairs, and tests electronic components, assemblies, and systems used in rail vehicles all over the world.

We don't think in boxes – we think in circuit diagrams: Our work is analytical, solution-oriented, and full of technical finesse – all within a collaborative environment where everyone contributes their ideas.

Whether it’s an oscilloscope, soldering iron, or datasheet – we use the full range of tools to ensure quality: structured, sustainable, and always with a passion for functionality.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • 30 days of vacation per year
  • A 13th monthly salary
  • Flexible working hours
  • Personal and professional development opportunities
  • An open and trusting company culture
  • Subsidies for a public transport ticket, company bike, or on-site parking
  • Exciting and meaningful projects for our customers and society
  • A strong international B2B environment within a mid-sized company
  • Well‑known customers
  • A dedicated and motivated team of specialists who support each other naturally
  • Fresh water, tea, and fruit every day
YOUR TASKS
  • You are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies, devices and systems – ranging from small modules to complex units.
  • You confidently work with oscilloscopes, multimeters and soldering equipment and document results in a clear and traceable manner.
  • Circuit diagrams are no mystery to you – you use them purposefully to analyze root causes of faults.
  • You are able to follow work instructions and bring devices back to life using firmware and software.
  • Whether component replacement, rework or special solutions: you take a pragmatic approach to restoring faulty components to full functionality.
  • In addition to repair work, structured documentation and traceability are part of your daily routine, including entries in the ERP system.
  • You work closely with colleagues, exchange ideas on more complex cases and actively contribute to the continuous development of shared know‑how.
YOUR SKILLS
  • You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g. as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician or a comparable qualification.
  • Technology is more than just a job for you – you think analytically, act in a solution‑oriented way and enjoy bringing things back into working condition.
  • You read circuit diagrams like others read road maps – and tools such as oscilloscopes or test benches don’t intimidate you.
  • You enjoy hands‑on work, take a structured approach and document your work in a way that allows others to learn from it.
  • Whether working independently or as part of a team, you are flexible, reliable and bring commitment, curiosity and a practical mindset.
  • You also have good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as basic PC skills (e.g. Office applications, ERP systems).
