We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team at mrge. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance customer outcomes. Working closely with engineering, product, and business teams, you’ll refine key data models, develop impactful analyses, and help embed a data-driven culture across the organization.

Your Tasks:

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to monitor, maintain, and optimize business metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Design and deliver clear, concise reports and dashboards that support strategic planning and performance tracking.
• Support the development of forecasting, optimization, and predictive models to inform product and business decisions.
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions through close stakeholder collaboration.
• Provide strategic insights based on emerging trends and in-depth data analysis.
• Contribute to the evolution of our data processes, tooling, and culture as we scale.

Your Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with OLAP databases such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with dbt is great.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong foundation in either linear optimization techniques or machine learning for predictive analytics.
• Proven ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and an intuitive understanding of how systems behave in the real world.
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and workflows is a plus.
