Deine Aufgaben
VoiceLine’s Customer Success team has been successfully supporting customer accounts for the past 1.5 years. We are now looking for an experienced Customer Success Team Lead to take the team to the next level and usher in our next phase of growth.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers unleash the full potential of our AI Assistant, sitting at the heart of our product and sales organization.
As the Customer Success Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and develop our growing Customer Success team (currently 3 people, expected to double within 12 months).
- Serve as the main escalation point and mentor for Customer Success Managers, fostering both personal and professional growth.
- Define and implement scalable processes and success frameworks that drive product adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee customer activation, including workshops and trainings, ensuring seamless onboarding and measurable outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C‑level decision‑makers, to drive upsells and renewals.
- Track key success metrics, report outcomes, and continuously optimize strategies to improve product engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales and Product teams to share insights, shape feature roadmaps, and align VoiceLine’s value with customer needs.
- Represent Customer Success in the leadership team and report directly to the founders.
You’ll be at the frontlines of bringing LLM technology into German industry, guiding customers through the adoption of an entirely new working mode powered by our AI Assistant.
Dein Profil
- Experience: 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client‑facing role within a tech company or startup.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team; ability to inspire and develop young, talented people.
- Results‑driven: Demonstrated success in meeting product engagement, retention, and upsell targets.
- Strategic: Strong analytical and process design skills; comfortable defining frameworks and scaling operations.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Collaborative: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from frontline users to executives.
- Tech‑savvy: Interest in AI‑driven products and a solid understanding of digital technologies.
- Builder mindset: Motivated to shape the future of Customer Success at VoiceLine—both operationally and culturally.
