A multinational company in Frankfurt seeks a Customer Service Specialist with 2-5 years of experience. The role involves direct communication with customers in France, handling orders and inquiries, and supporting project management. Proficiency in French, German, and English is essential. We are looking for aCustomer Service Specialist (m/f/d) as fix-term for 12 month with a commercial background. In this operational Customer Service Specialist role, you are responsible for working with our customers in France and providing them with solutions. Become a part of our multinational team with around 300 employees from more than 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength! We are looking forward to welcome highly motivated new members in our team of currently 45 people, who work together in your Customer Service department.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
Hybrid working:We offer you flexible working between digital work from home and a modern office in the center of Frankfurt (3 days remote / 2 days office).
