Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for aCustomer Service Specialist (m/f/d) as fix-term for 12 month with a commercial background. In this operational Customer Service Specialist role, you are responsible for working with our customers in France and providing them with solutions. Become a part of our multinational team with around 300 employees from more than 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength! We are looking forward to welcome highly motivated new members in our team of currently 45 people, who work together in your Customer Service department.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

  • You are the direct contact for our customers in France through various communication channels such as email and telephone.
  • You are responsible for the processing of orders and inquiries as well as the complaints management (development solution recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • You are experienced in handling cancellations, order changes and delivery delays.
  • You work closely with sales, logistics, accounting, and IT.
  • You support our sales department in processing large orders and in project management.
  • You assist on projects and engage continuous improvement processes.
Your profile
  • You have completed a commercial training with at least 2-5 years of professional experience in customer service, ideally in the key account environment/corporate accounts.
  • You are proactive and good at communication.
  • You speak French at native speaker level (C2) and you also speak business fluent German (C1 level) and English (C1 level), other foreign languages are an advantage.
  • You have a structured and responsible way of working, as well as customer orientation and reliability.
  • You are a team player - combined with assertiveness and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ideally, you have some initial knowledge of using ERP/CRM programs and you are very familiar with MS Office.
