Job summary

SurTec Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced order processing specialist to manage SAP ERP workflows, deliveries, and invoicing while ensuring accurate export documents.

You will handle inquiries in German and English, monitor delivery status, and collaborate with logistics partners. Knowledge of ADR/IMDG and CRM systems will be utilized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training with experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP desirable, CRM and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of customs and export control.
• Basic knowledge of the regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods - ADR / IMDG (training offered).
• Business fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
• Good communication skills in dealing with customers; able to work under pressure, flexible, team player and careful.
