Job summary

The Freudenberg Group is seeking a detail-oriented logistics and customer service specialist to manage order processing, shipping documentation, and inquiries in German and English. You will work with SAP ERP, monitor order flows, prepare transport documents for road, sea, and hazardous goods, and support export control compliance.

You will collaborate across teams to clarify delivery status, process complaints, and coordinate national and international shipments, contributing to timely delivery

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training with experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP desirable, CRM and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of customs and export control.
