Customer Experience Specialist - German market

As a Customer Service Advisor for the German market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner.

For this role, the Company is looking for professional and friendly individuals with empathy and the ability to multitask.

  • you hold EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
  • You have a strong customer focus and always ready to help
  • You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
