Role Purpose

The Cross-functional Project Manager Sales (m/f/d) ensures that key initiatives — especially those related to product, pricing, and business development — are effectively tracked, communicated, and translated into action across teams. This role serves as a strategic connector between Sales and other departments, maintaining structured and timely communication loops. The person in this role keeps an overview of ongoing projects within the co-op business, ensures Sales is informed, and provides relevant input back into cross-functional teams.

A key responsibility is to ensure that innovations and updates from across the company — particularly from Product — are transformed into actionable knowledge: internally through the Sales Academy, where learning needs are translated into structured enablement programs; and externally by identifying which messages and topics should be shared with customers through webinars, workshops, and other content formats. This role plays a critical part in making sure that information doesn’t just move — it lands where it creates value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and coordinate key initiatives across Product, Business Development, Pricing, and other departments to ensure Sales stays informed and aligned with current priorities.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Sales and cross-functional teams, maintaining structured two-way flows of information and providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Feed strategic updates and business developments into the Sales Academy, helping shape internal training content, onboarding, and ongoing sales enablement.
  • Identify content and messaging needs for customer-facing formats such as webinars, workshops, and events, based on internal developments and market dynamics.
  • Translate complex information (e.g. product innovations, pricing changes, feature updates) into clear and actionable formats for both internal and external use.
  • Support the planning and coordination of customer-facing sessions in collaboration with Client Engagement and Marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain an overview of programs and content that are relevant for Sales and dealers, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and priorities remain visible.
  • Ensure alignment and feedback loops across Sales, Product, and Marketing, so that dealer needs and frontline insights actively shape product and communication strategies.
Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in sales programs, commercial enablement, go-to-market strategy or product roles.
  • Proven ability to translate complexity into clarity — structuring feedback, messaging, and training content for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Training teams.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments, ideally in tech, marketplaces, or SaaS.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
