A leading tech firm in Berlin is looking for a Cross-functional Project Manager Sales to coordinate key initiatives and enhance communication across teams. The Cross-functional Project Manager Sales (m/f/d) ensures that key initiatives — especially those related to product, pricing, and business development — are effectively tracked, communicated, and translated into action across teams. This role serves as a strategic connector between Sales and other departments, maintaining structured and timely communication loops. The person in this role keeps an overview of ongoing projects within the co-op business, ensures Sales is informed, and provides relevant input back into cross-functional teams.
A key responsibility is to ensure that innovations and updates from across the company — particularly from Product — are transformed into actionable knowledge: internally through the Sales Academy, where learning needs are translated into structured enablement programs; and externally by identifying which messages and topics should be shared with customers through webinars, workshops, and other content formats. This role plays a critical part in making sure that information doesn’t just move — it lands where it creates value.
