A leading EdTech company is seeking a CRM Manager fluent in Russian and English to develop and implement CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer interactions. In this fully remote position, candidates will manage a team while collaborating cross-functionally to drive company objectives. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of CRM marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of sales growth. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in CRM marketing.
• A proven track record of exponential sales growth using CRM marketing, proprietary segmentation, and reporting techniques.
• Analytical skills, product‑based approach to selecting and testing hypotheses.
• Focus on results (bottom line revenue).
• Experience with traffic and email analytics systems.
• English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
• Develop and implement a CRM strategy for interacting with different customer segments.
• Find optimal services and solutions for CRM marketing, integrate third‑party services, and participate in the development of internal ones.
