Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Berlin-based CRM lead to own the lifecycle marketing strategy for Germany and Austria, shaping communications across the customer journey.

You will collaborate with local marketing managers and PMMs, implement AI-assisted campaign builds, testing, and reporting, and establish processes and cadence to scale CRM in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing in a fast-paced tech company
• Experience designing and managing multi-step customer journeys using Braze, Customer.io, or HubSpot
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and operations and drive initiatives forward

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a fast-paced technology company
• Experience designing and managing complex, multi-step customer journeys using platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, or HubSpot
• Ability to build relationships across marketing, product, and operations and move initiatives forward proactively
• Ability to set direction, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum in an evolving regional structure
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across multiple markets and manage market priorities independently
• Experience using AI to improve the speed and quality of campaign creation, testing, and analysis
