YOUR JOB

As CRM Consultant you are responsible for advising new and existing customers on both operative and strategic levels regarding the implementation of CRM solutions. For example you will work with the newly developed Sales and Service Cloud products from SAP.


Key responsibilities


  • Strategically accompany customers from the pre‑sales phase through solution design to the implementation in the project.

  • Prepare the problem space together with the customer in workshops: documenting and analysing the requirements as well as transforming them into innovative solutions.

  • Support the configuration and adaptions of CRM solutions such as SAP Sales / Service Cloud.

  • Support the development team in developing integration scenarios for the CRM solution into the customer's existing system landscape.

  • Pursue integrated solutions with other customer experience products and ERP‑systems.


Job requirements


  • 3 years of professional experience working with CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, C4C or similar.

  • Strong business understanding of sales and service processes (lead to cash and ticket lifecycle).

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (min. B2 levels).

  • Strong intercultural competencies and willingness to travel (approx. 15% to 20% of your working time).

  • Ability to break down complex issues and communicate them clearly and understandably (e.g. in conducting customer training).

  • SAP Service or Sales Cloud certification or similar CRM certifications would be desirable.

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable wage. For legal reasons we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full-time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement which is 55,300 gross / year for this position.
