You are part of a team that produces high quality fundamental research based on established criteria. Our CREDit Graduate Program is a two‑year training and development opportunity with our next intake joining us in September 2026. CREDit Program Analysts are hired for a specific practice; however you are expected to transition between practices as dictated by business. In your first year you focus on acquiring skills and knowledge from your home practice; in your second year you gain exposure to other practices through a mix of classroom training and small projects or short‑term secondments. All analysts combine practical work experience with the completion of a relevant qualification, for example the CFA.
