They are seeking a Country Manager to lead retail operations across Germany. This hands-on, field-based role will focus on building and leading management teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The position will play a key role in new store openings and market entry, as well as developing talent and setting the foundation for long-term success in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and oversee management teams with a strong focus on professional development.
  • Sales Performance: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals at both store and country levels.
  • Budget Management: Oversee store budgets, including staffing and operational costs, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for selling behaviors, store operations, and visual merchandising quality.
  • New Store Openings: Lead and support the opening of new stores, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze store and country performance, generating actionable reports for internal and external stakeholders.
