The Corporate Procurement - Global Purchasing Support team team provides 2nd level support for the current purchasing applications (GeT: based on SAP technology, and NextGenerationeProcurement (COUPA)). Together with the decentralized Purchasing Centers (6 PCs globally), the team is responsible for ensuring that the tools function properly, the correct settings are made in the system, and user access is managed. Any issues that arise are promptly recorded, analyzed, and resolved. Furthermore, the team is involved in various projects aimed at optimizing and further developing the system landscape. In particular, the group-wide harmonization of master data has become a key focus of the tasks. Next to that the team is involved in rolling out the Purchasing tool COUPA globally ensuring proper documentation, communication as well as training provided.
actively and independently support the PMO Office for COUPA Roll Out - organize and conduct necessary communication
actively work on support requests across the supported tools mainly COUPA, GeT (SAP), Bizagi BPM, (issue management, user management, master data management)
review and update existing support documentation (e.g. task lists, RACI Matrix)
active collaboration with the 1st level support teams - globally
