Job summary

ARTS Group in Augsburg, Germany seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead investments in civil engineering, real estate, buildings and utility facilities from concept to handover. You ensure alignment with production needs and safety standards while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires experience in industrial construction, knowledge of HOAI and building codes, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in civil engineering (Bachelor’s or higher).
• First professional experience in engineering, manufacturing/production and project management.
• Experience in industrial construction and construction in existing buildings.
• Sound knowledge of Bavarian Industrial Construction Guideline and Bavarian Building Code.
• Knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, BaustellV, RAB, etc.
• German at least B2 and English at least C1.
• Proficient MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and realisation of investments in civil engineering, real estate, buildings and utility facilities (TGA) according to HOAI service phases 1 to 9
• Financial planning within OP planning framework for infrastructure measures
• Commissioning and coordination of external service providers and planners from concept to handover
• Construction progress monitoring, quality control, defect management and decisions on construction methods
• Project management with budget controlling and interface management with internal customers such as factory planning
• Operational coordination to minimise production disruptions during construction work
• Documentation and reporting and conducting project meetings
• Implementation of Airbus standards and processes
