Job summary

Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen seeks a Site Development Project Manager to drive site attractiveness, employee satisfaction and cross-company collaboration, coordinating projects and events on site.

You will manage initiatives from initiation to completion, and contribute to cross-site operations with strong communication, Google Workspace competence, and fluency in German and English. The role also includes organizing internal events, providing organizational support, and monitoring risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (see qualifications).
• Several years of professional experience in project management and process planning.
• Experience in communication management and event management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Business fluent German and English (C1).
• Strong communication skills, structured working methods, and confident demeanor.
• A valid, unrestricted EU work permit is mandatory.

• Project Management: Independently manage projects from initiation through progress monitoring to completion.
• Site Development: Promote site attractiveness, employee satisfaction, and cross-company collaboration.
• Event Organization: Plan and execute internal events such as anniversaries and management dialogues.
• Strategic Implementation: Contribute to cross-site projects at operational and strategic levels.
• Organizational Support: Provide administrative support for cross-functional activities.
• Risk Management: Actively monitor risks and opportunities in the project context.

Qualifications
