Zusammenfassung

ARTS Deutschland GmbH sucht am Standort Hamburg-Finkenwerder einen Mechanischen/Mechatronik-Ingenieur. Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von Mechanik und Hydraulik, bereiten Bauteile vor, montieren und testen komplexe Bauteile, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb hochwertiger Systeme sicherzustellen.

Es gelten faire Vergütung, Schichtmöglichkeiten (2-3 Schichten) und Zusatzleistungen wie betriebliche Altersvorsorge.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Automotive Mechatronics Technician oder Mechatroniker.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Fertigung/Produktion, Mechanik und Mechatronik.
• Bereitschaft zu 2- und 3-Schichtbetrieb.
• Teamfähigkeit und Kompromissbereitschaft.
• Selbstständige, fokussierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise über längere Zeiträume.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Grundkenntnisse Englisch (mind. A2).
• Gültige, unbefristete Arbeitserlaubnis für EU.

Aufgaben

• Aufbereitung mechanischer und hydraulischer Bauteile an Konstruktion, Arbeits- und Maschinenstationen.
• Montage mechanischer und hydraulischer Bauteile und Bauteile wie Halterungen, hydraulische Installationen, Getriebe und Großbaugruppen.
• Montage und Abstimmung von Bauteilen, inklusive Markieren, Aufbau, Anziehen und Sichern.
• Tests gemäß Spezifikationen und Funktionsprüfungen durchführen.
• Dokumentation aller Arbeiten und Abweichungen.

At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer at the interface of mechanics and hydraulics. You prepare components, install and test complex parts – ensuring the smooth operation of high-tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of mechanical and hydraulic components at the construction, work, and machine stations
• Installation of mechanical and hydraulic components and parts such as brackets, hydraulic installations, gearboxes, and large assemblies
• Assembly and adjustment of parts, including marking, setting up, torquing, and securing
• Testing according to specifications and performing functional tests
• Documentation of all work and any discrepancies

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, mechanics, and mechatronics
• Willingness to work shifts in 2- and 3-shift operations
• Teamwork skills and the willingness to compromise and accept support
• Independent, focused, and responsible way of working over longer periods
• Proficient German skills; basic English skills (at least A2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
