• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and progress reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for site‑level communication with clients, engineers and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Anabin H recognized degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in steel construction or structural site management.
• German language proficiency at B2 or C1 level (mandatory for site operations and client interactions).
• Proven experience working with DIN and ISO standards in construction environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of steel fabrication, erection techniques, welding standards and load‑bearing structural systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and drive safety‑first practices on site.
• Willingness to work full‑time in NRW, Germany with flexibility for on‑site presence as required.
