An international airport in Rheinland-Pfalz is seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage communication activities and support the marketing strategy. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, and fluency in both French and English. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing initiatives, preparing reports on KPIs, and assisting with crisis communication. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, WordPress, and basic graphic design software is preferred. A valid permanent B driving license is required.

Coordinate various communication and marketing activities.
Work internally with different departments / services to create relevant content.
Guide and collaborate with external agencies (communication, translation, and web agencies).
Support the development of the company's communication strategy and increase brand awareness.
Assist the MarCom Manager in creating content (written, film, voice-over) for external stakeholders (press, passengers, shareholders).
Contribute to the harmonisation of corporate identity and corporate design.
Collaborate on public relations activities, media requests and sponsorship requests.
Assist with crisis communication, respond to last‑minute requests to avoid bad publicity.
Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of the actions implemented.
Work on the planning, preparation and execution of communication / marketing activities (e.g. events, conferences).
Coordinate activities related to managing relations with the airport's neighbours (e.g. communities, organisations).
Support the MarCom Manager in preparing the marketing plan and budget.
Contribute to other commercial activities and daily tasks.
Provide back‑up for the MarCom Manager in case of absence (holidays, etc.).
Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
Participating in the integration of new employees.
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior.
Higher education diploma (Bachelor) or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, or event management.
Experience in project management or customer relationship management (CRM) is considered an asset.
Knowledge of WordPress.
Basic skills in graphics software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Proficiency in other design and video software is considered an asset.
Valid permanent B driving licence.
