Kenton Black Limited is recruiting a senior Commercial Manager to join a leading international contractor delivering hyperscale data centre projects in Frankfurt, Germany. You will lead commercial strategy and manage key client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive data centre experience, a senior Tier-1 contractor background, and the credibility to influence stakeholders at the highest level. EU passport or German work rights are essential.

The Opportunity

This is a high-profile position suited to an established commercial professional with extensive data centre experience and a proven track record operating at a senior level within Tier 1 contractors.

We’re looking for someone who combines outstanding commercial expertise with the confidence and ability to manage key client relationships, influence stakeholders and operate effectively within a demanding, fast-paced project environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in the data centre sector, ideally across major hyperscale projects.
• A strong track record in senior commercial positions with Tier 1 main contractors
• Excellent client-facing skills, with demonstrable experience managing senior client relationships.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The commercial and contractual expertise to operate confidently at a senior project level.
• The ability to build relationships, influence decision-making and drive strong commercial outcomes.
• EU passport or existing right to work in Germany is essential.

• €150,000–€175,000 total salary package, including allowances.
• Single accommodation provided.
