Job summary

Fourblue is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join its European data centre operations team. This senior role focuses on the financial and contractual management of data centre facilities and service contracts across the region, working with Operations, Finance, Legal, customers and suppliers.

You will oversee commercial risk, contract performance, procurement and financial outcomes, and be on-site in Frankfurt with regular travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts valued at €5m+.
• Background in data centres, critical environments, facilities management, construction or complex service contracts.
• Experience with procurement, tendering and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, payment mechanisms, KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience managing disputes and commercial claims.
• Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate across a regional or international environment.

This is a senior commercial role focused on the financial and contractual management of data centre facilities and service contracts across the region.

You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, customers and suppliers, managing commercial risk, contract performance, procurement and financial outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Please note: this requires you to be on site, minimum 2 days per week (Frankfurt), with regular travel across Europe

Data centre, facilities management and client-side experience is highly desirable.

Relevant professional qualifications such as RICS, CIPS, IWFM or IFMA would be advantageous.
