Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a major data centre project in Frankfurt. The on-site role will be the key point of contact, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor milestones, and drive site safety and quality. German language is advantageous, and EU right to work is required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager
• Previous experience on data centre, industrial, or large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods and project delivery
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent English required; German is advantageous
• Right to work in the EU
