Jobtailor is seeking a customer support specialist to handle payment questions, payoff quotes, and account updates. This remote role requires a reliable home setup and the ability to work calmly in high-volume environments.

You will assist with ACH processing, document updates, and repayment options while maintaining compliance and quality standards. Ideal candidates have at least one year in a busy call center, a High School diploma or GED, and proven remote work experience.
