• Determine contact timing, frequency, treatment sequencing, and segmentation across email, SMS/MMS, outbound dialing, and digital self-service channels.
• Translate strategic concepts into actionable business requirements and business cases for Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Partner with Data Science, Client Management, Contact Center Operations, Product, Legal, and Compliance to move initiatives into production.
• Monitor delivery, engagement, payment conversion, and payment plan break rates.
• Improve client scorecard performance and recovery outcomes.
• Use AI tools for hypothesis development, research, and strategy design.
• Build repeatable testing frameworks.
• Translate consumer and portfolio signals into sophisticated, tech-enabled collection strategies.
• Report to the Senior Director of Business Planning
