Cloud AI Architect

You will make an impact in the following way:

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI-powered features supporting industrial network operations and OT data use cases
• Architect serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, Glue, Bedrock, and integrate with hybrid and edge computing environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Tech Office, Tech Support) to integrate GenAI capabilities into cloud, edge, and hybrid systems
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and privacy-compliant AI pipelines for ingesting and processing network telemetry, user interactions, and knowledge bases
• Define API contracts and integration patterns to support AI agent orchestration, knowledge retrieval, and session management
• Develop and fine-tune LLM-based agents for domain-specific automation, including knowledge base article generation and ticket handling
• Ensure security compliance and data governance across hybrid deployments, following SOC2, ISO 27001, and secure development principles
• Lead technical decision-making, perform code reviews, and manage product roadmap and technical debt
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, deployment, and monitoring in AWS environments

What you will bring:

• Education– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience– 7+ years of experience in the AWS ecosystem
• Knowledge & skills – Serverless stack including AWS Bedrock, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, Glue, DynamoDB, Amplify, IAM, Cognito, AWS Org, StackSets, and AWS Greengrass, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), security frameworks and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001), event-driven architecture patterns, serverless and agentic AI, data engineering patterns and edge computing
• Personality– You enjoy working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams, actively contributing to shared goals while also taking initiative and ownership of tasks and responsibilities
• Language proficiency– Fluency in English as well as ability or willingness to work in German-speaking teams
