Task Responsibilities
  • Issuance of Daily visitor pass (LPJ) and pre-exemption request
  • Assisting external providers with the enhanced background check and airport badge procedures
  • Monitor mailboxes and answer to internal and external requester
  • Assisting the Corporate Security department with administrative tasks ensuring that Authorities' requirements are fulfilled
  • Assist Corporate Security Department in ensuring the management of the Company's Access Control System and access privileges given to Company employees, contractors, visitors and other parties
  • Assist the Corporate Security Management to ensure that security policies and procedures are followed by the Company staff and all other parties that are provided with access privileges to the Company's premises
  • Coordinating company visits and ensuring that Authorities' requirements are fulfilled
  • Assist in preparing and transmitting orders for system components and in coordinating the equipment's repair with procurement
Essential Requirements For The Position
  • At least a general school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent (e.g. A-Level, BAC, Abitur)
  • Bachelor degree is considered an advantage
  • Possess strong analytical skills and be detail oriented
  • Demonstrate assertiveness in communication and decision-making
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
  • Ability to maneuver comfortably through complex processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Feeling comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French, other languages are a distinct advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Working Conditions
  • This is a temporary position for 6 months
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
  • Position demands a regular presence during normal business hours
  • Position is based in Luxembourg
  • No travel required
