Chief of Staff (f/m/d)

Your Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with our CEO and lead HR, internal operations & scaling processes, and marketing. You will drive initiatives that help scale our organization, identify and resolve internal bottlenecks, and shape our unique culture. This is a high‑impact, full‑time role in Munich and requires hands‑on mentality, founder‑level initiative, willingness for quick iterations, and hunger to win together.

Your Responsibilities
HR & Recruiting
  • Find and convince the brightest talent to join our mission
  • Design and optimize all relevant HR processes
  • Support the scaling of the organization
Scaling & Processes
  • Manage IT administration topics
  • Handle certifications (ISO, TISAX, etc.)
  • Manage public funding applications and requirements
  • Drive internal scaling/standardization processes and initiatives
  • Identify internal problems and bottlenecks
  • Organize conferences and client events
Operations
  • Oversee office management and company identity
  • Prepare internal, client, and investor presentations
  • Act as a "firefighter" to resolve urgent issues
Internal Communication & Culture
  • Help formalize and support company culture and rituals
  • Act as a sparring partner for operational and strategic priorization
  • Communicate internal goals and strategy
Finance
  • Support controlling and financial planning/forecasting incl. bookkeeping
Marketing & Brandbuilding
  • Plan and manage social media presence
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across guidelines
Your Profile
  • 2‑5 years of professional experience
  • Background in tech or business (with a strong interest or experience in tech)
  • Strong drive to win, excellence awareness, resilience and relentlessness
  • High initiative, able to operate with autonomy and ownership (not a 9-to‑5 job)
  • Full‑time availability in Munich
