UnFoldMart seeks a CEO DACH to steer Germany, Austria and Switzerland from Frankfurt with a hybrid work model. You will own revenue, clients, people and reputation, supported by an international studio for branding, packaging, websites, performance marketing and AI search.

Bring 12+ years in agencies or marketing services, plus 5+ years leading a business unit or P&L, and a strong DACH network. German at C2 and fluent English are essential.

Take the wheel of our biggest market

Germany, Austria and Switzerland are where UnFoldMart's next chapter will be written. Our Frankfurt office already serves brands across DACH. The team is growing, the client list is growing, and we need one leader to own all of it.

As CEO DACH, you run the region like it's your own company: the revenue, the clients, the people and the reputation. You'll have a full international studio behind you for branding, packaging, websites, performance marketing and search visibility in Google and AI answer engines. Your job is to turn that into the agency DACH brands call first.

What you will own

• The P&L. Revenue, margin and growth targets for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, agreed with the Director and owned by you
• The market. Which industries we lead in, how we're positioned, and how we win against established local agencies
• The big clients. Personally lead strategic pitches and the relationships that matter most
• The team. Lead the Head of Business Development, the Business Head Austria, the Account Managers and the Social Media team, work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, Europe on DACH paid media, and hire the next layer
• The operating rhythm. Forecasting, pricing discipline, delivery quality and client satisfaction across the region
• The face of UnFoldMart. Represent us at OMR, DMEXCO, industry bodies and in the press

Your first 90 days

• Days 1 to 30: Meet every client and team member. Diagnose what's working, what isn't, and where the money is
• Days 31 to 60: Present your 12-month DACH plan, team structure and revenue path to the Director
• Days 61 to 90: First strategic wins from your network, key hires underway, and a weekly operating rhythm the team runs on

You will thrive here if you

• Have 12+ years in agencies, consultancies or marketing services, including 5+ years running a business unit, an agency or a P&L
• Have built and led teams of 15 or more, and hired great people before
• Bring a real network among CMOs, marketing directors and founders in DACH
• Speak German at C2 level and lead comfortably in English with an international team
• Prefer building to maintaining, and want a seat at the table where the company's strategy is set

Bonus points: experience with offshore or hybrid delivery models, M&A or partnerships, D2C, FMCG, SaaS or industrial clients.

What you get

• €130,000 to €170,000 gross base salary per year, plus a performance bonus of 25 to 40% tied to DACH revenue and profit
• Option to discuss equity or profit share
• Full ownership of the region, with direct access to the Director

• 30 days of paid leave (German legal minimum: 20 days), plus public holidays
