Job summary

UnFoldMart in Frankfurt am Main is seeking a strategic partner to scale the business across Europe and Asia. You will own high-impact projects—from market launches to pricing and partnerships—and translate decisions into concrete plans with owners and dates.

You will run the leadership rhythm with KPIs, weekly reporting, and clear leadership updates. The role offers hybrid work, mentorship from the Director, and a path into a leadership role in operations or country teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Sit next to the decisions

UnFoldMart is opening offices, hiring leaders and entering new markets across Europe and Asia, all in the same year. The Director needs a sharp, fast, trusted partner to make it happen. That's this role.

You'll work on whatever matters most this month: a new country launch, a pricing model, a leadership update, a key hire, a partnership. You'll learn more in a year than most people do in five, because you'll see how every decision gets made.

What you will own

• Strategic projects. Research, model and recommend: new markets, new services, pricing, partnerships
• Execution. Turn decisions into plans with owners and dates, and chase them until they're done
• The operating rhythm. Leadership meetings, KPIs, weekly reporting and follow-ups across our offices and markets
• Communication. Leadership updates, memos and internal announcements
• Special missions. Step into a gap when a market or a project needs someone fast

Your first 90 days

• Days 1 to 30: Learn the business inside out, build the leadership KPI dashboard
• Days 31 to 60: Own one market launch or strategic project end to end
• Days 61 to 90: Run the leadership operating rhythm, with the Director spending less time chasing and more time deciding

You will thrive here if you

• Have at least 2 years in strategy consulting, a fast-growing startup, or an agency in a strategy or ops role

Bonus points: German, French or Dutch; experience launching a new market; comfort with AI and automation tools.

What you get

• €55,000 to €70,000 gross per year, plus an annual bonus
