A leading European snacks producer is seeking a Business Transformation Recruiter to manage talent acquisition and recruitment for the Business Transformation department. This role involves driving recruitment activities, collaborating with leadership on alignment with departmental goals, and supporting the onboarding of new hires. The ideal candidate has a relevant university degree, several years of experience in project management, and strong negotiation and communication skills. As a Business Transformation Recruiter, you will manage recruitment and talent acquisition for the Business Transformation department, supporting strategic hiring projects and ensuring the team attracts and retains top talent. You will contribute to developing and executing strategies to source high-calibre candidates aligned with Business Transformation’s needs, oversee job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes, and build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to expand talent pipelines.
You will coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the department, and report on key recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes.
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Several years of relevant experience and a proven track record in project management, business transformation, or consulting
