A growing fintech company in Berlin is looking for an operational Talent Acquisition Partner. This role involves leading end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Customer Success positions in the German market, requiring fluency in both German and English.   • Fluent in German and English; all internal communication and documentation are in English.
  • Autonomous and operational, able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Team & Context

Pennylane is in a strong growth phase with many projects to be built in 2025. The success of our recruitment plan is a priority for achieving our objectives.

As part of this growth, we’re looking for an operational Talent Acquisition Partner to manage approximately 20 hires in 2026 for our German market.

You will be able to take on real responsibilities within your scope and implement the recruitment strategies that you consider most appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Customer Success roles
  • Recruit Customer Success profiles with accounting/finance backgrounds, requiring a more traditional recruitment approach
  • Partner directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Country Manager Germany
  • Source candidates from scale‑up environments for Sales positions
You’re the right candidate if you:
  • Experience in scale‑ups, ideally in FinTech (but it’s not a must have)
  • Fluent in German and English (all internal communication and documentation are in English)
  • Autonomous and operational, able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • At ease with accompanying a Country Manager from scratch in recruiting their entire team
Contract & Compensation
  • Start as freelance with potential transition to permanent contract
  • Permanent salary range: €65‑80k depending on profile
