Job Description

As the Business Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the VP of Operations, serving as their right-hand person in driving daily operations for the organization. You will play a crucial role in maximizing efficiency and scalability of workflows, executing strategies determined by executives, and ensuring that organizational goals are met. Collaboration with the executive team to define opportunities and streamline operations will be essential.

Additionally, you will provide feedback on current processes, introduce new practices, and ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
