J&T Express Germany GmbH in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz) is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (Europe) to lead scalable C&B frameworks across Europe and harmonize practices with Group teams. You will design salary ranges, bonus schemes, and employee benefits, conduct market benchmarking, and drive international projects with European stakeholders.

Business fluent Mandarin and English are mandatory, German proficiency is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a comparable HR function.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Compensation & Benefits frameworks, policies, or programs.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and employee benefits.
• Experience working in an international or multi-country environment, ideally with exposure to European markets.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with compensation data, market benchmarks, and HR-related metrics.
• Experience managing international projects and collaborating with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Strategic and structured mindset combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing international organization.

• Support annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and related C&B initiatives
• Provide Compensation & Benefits expertise and guidance to HR leaders and relevant business stakeholders across Europe
• Work closely with our Group teams and act as a key interface between European and international stakeholders
• Support the development of policies, guidelines, and governance standards related to Compensation & Benefits
• Lead and support international C&B projects as J&T Express continues to expand across Europe
• Drive continuous improvement and help build scalable Compensation & Benefits structures for our growing European organization

We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (Europe) - Mandarin-speaking to join our team in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz) and drive the development of our Compensation & Benefits landscape across Europe.
